Partner and Examination Administration Platform Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the CertiProf Partner and Examination Administration Platform (the "Platform"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Platform and its services.

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. About the Platform

The Platform is provided by CertiProf LLC to authorized partners, organizations, administrators, trainers, universities, test centers, corporate customers, and other approved users.

Depending on your permissions, the Platform may allow you to:

  • Manage your organization.
  • Purchase products and services.
  • Access learning content.
  • Register certification candidates.
  • Purchase and manage vouchers.
  • Schedule and administer examinations.
  • Review certification results.
  • Access reports and dashboards.
  • Access additional services offered by CertiProf.

CertiProf may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Platform only if you have been authorized by CertiProf or by an organization that has been granted access.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration remains accurate and up to date.

3. User Accounts

Each account is intended for use by a single authorized individual.

You agree to:

  • Keep your credentials confidential.
  • Protect your password.
  • Notify CertiProf immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities performed using your account.

Sharing login credentials is prohibited unless expressly authorized by CertiProf.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for legitimate business purposes.

You may not:

  • Access the Platform without authorization.
  • Attempt to interfere with Platform operations.
  • Circumvent security measures.
  • Share confidential examination materials.
  • Misrepresent candidate identities.
  • Upload malicious software.
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content without authorization.
  • Use automated tools to access the Platform without written approval.

5. Examination Administration

Users authorized to administer examinations agree to comply with all examination administration policies established by CertiProf.

CertiProf reserves the right to investigate any activity that may compromise the integrity of its certification programs.

CertiProf may invalidate examinations, suspend accounts, revoke certifications, or terminate Platform access if fraud, misconduct, or policy violations are identified.

6. Purchases and Payments

Certain Platform features require payment.

All purchases are subject to the pricing, payment terms, refund policies, and commercial agreements applicable at the time of purchase.

Failure to make required payments may result in suspension of services or access.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and all related materials, including but not limited to examinations, certifications, questions, software, content, trademarks, graphics, reports, documentation, and digital credentials, are the exclusive property of CertiProf LLC or its licensors.

No ownership rights are transferred through use of the Platform.

8. Confidentiality

Certain information available through the Platform is confidential.

Users agree not to disclose confidential information, examination content, candidate information, business information, or other protected materials unless expressly authorized or required by law.

9. Privacy

Personal information processed through the Platform will be handled in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary authority to upload and process candidate information.

10. Availability

CertiProf strives to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The Platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, security improvements, or circumstances beyond CertiProf's control.

11. Suspension or Termination

CertiProf may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time if:

  • These Terms are violated.
  • Fraud or misuse is suspected.
  • Payment obligations are not fulfilled.
  • Continued access presents a security or business risk.
  • Required commercial agreements expire or are terminated.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CertiProf shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform.

13. Changes to These Terms

CertiProf may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

The most current version will always be published on this page and will become effective upon publication unless otherwise indicated.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
