1. Scheduling of Examinations
All purchases are delivered immediately. However, in exceptional cases where the purchase is not received, the situation will be reviewed accordingly.
Examinations are scheduled within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays) and are delivered to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
Examinations are assigned based on the certification scheme and language selected by the candidate.
Certiprof ensures that the scheduling process is conducted in a consistent and non-discriminatory manner.
2. Validity of Examination Authorization
The validity period for examination authorization is six (6) months from the date of purchase.
Candidates must complete their examination within this period.
Requests for a second attempt must also be submitted within this validity period by contacting info@certiprof.com.
3. Retake Policy
Candidates who do not achieve a passing score may request an additional attempt, subject to applicable fees.
Effective immediately, the first exam attempt is included in the initial certification purchase. Any second attempt and subsequent attempts are subject to the applicable retake fee, in accordance with Certiprof’s current fee structure.
Certiprof recommends that candidates wait at least 24 hours before scheduling a retake to allow adequate time for review and preparation.
All retake conditions are applied consistently and equally to all candidates to ensure fairness and compliance with certification standards.
4. Candidate Responsibility and Non-Transferability
Examination vouchers and authorizations are:
-
Non-transferable
-
Non-assignable
-
Valid only for the individual candidate registered at the time of purchase
Candidates are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their registration information.
5. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled examination (no-show) will result in the examination being considered forfeited.
To reschedule after a no-show, the candidate must pay the applicable exam fee at the current rate, regardless of previous purchase conditions.
6. Examination Results and Confidentiality
All candidate information and examination results are treated as confidential.
Results will be communicated only to the candidate and will include the final score and pass/fail status.
Certiprof will not disclose examination results to any third party without the candidate's prior written consent.
Requests must be submitted to info@certiprof.com.
Re-evaluation requests will not alter the final pass/fail outcome.

This applies to all purchases made directly through Certiprof, Authorized Training Partners (ATPs), or other authorized entities.
