What is a Test Center?

An organization (academy, training center, university or independent consultant) that partners with CertiProf to certify its own training programs internationally while keeping its brand identity and intellectual property.

What is the difference between ATP and Test Center?

A Test Center certifies its own programs with CertiProf's backing. An Authorized Training Partner (ATP) delivers training for CertiProf's existing catalog of certifications.

How long does onboarding take?

Usually 10 to 20 business days, depending on your program: initial application (3 to 5 days), academic and technical review (about one week), platform setup and launch.

Whose brand appears on the certification?

Your program keeps your institution's name, identity and brand, with CertiProf's international endorsement. The exact branding of certificates, badges and the exam portal is agreed with you during setup.

Do I need to change my course content?

No. You keep your curriculum. Our team reviews it to align the exam with CertiProf's certification framework and only suggests minor adjustments if there are gaps.

How do students receive and share their certification?

After passing, students receive their digital badge, issued through BadgeClaimed under the Open Badges 3.0 standard. They can add it to LinkedIn, download it or share a public verification link with employers.

Can we update the exam after launch?

Yes. Exam content can be updated when your curriculum changes. We recommend versioning, so earlier cohorts keep their certification under the previous version.
