Digital Products & Online Services

All purchases of digital products, including certification exams, memberships, renewals, and digital badges, are final and non-refundable once the order is confirmed and delivered. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not accept returns or provide refunds under any circumstances.

If you experience issues accessing your purchased product, please contact our support team for assistance at exams@certiprof.com.

Damages or Order Issues

If you experience any technical issues or receive incorrect access credentials for your purchased service, please notify us immediately at exams@certiprof.com so we can assist in resolving the matter.

Exceptions for European Union Customers

For customers in the European Union, under the EU 14-day cooling-off period, you may be eligible for a refund only if the digital product has not been accessed, downloaded, or used. Once access is granted, no refunds will be issued.
