How long does it take to process my purchase after I pay?

If you do not pass your exam on the first attempt, the steps to follow depend on the type of certification you wish to acquire:

  • Free Certification: Log in to your account and look for the option to make a second attempt.
  • Paid Certification: Send an email to info@certiprof.com with your full name, the email used for the first attempt, the name of the certification, and the activation code of the first attempt. Our support team will assist you in resolving the issue and provide instructions for your second attempt. 

What should I do if I can't find my digital badge?

If you cannot find your digital badge, please email info@certiprof.com Include your full name, the email address used for purchase, and the certification PDF. Our support team will look into the problem and help you get your badge as soon as possible.
