What is the Cybersecurity Foundation Professional Certification?
The Cybersecurity Foundation Professional Certification (CSFPC™) is a CertiProf credential that validates foundational knowledge of cybersecurity: risk management, law and regulation, human factors, privacy, malware and attack technologies, adversarial behavior, and security operations. It is based on the Cyber Security Body of Knowledge (CyBOK) v1.0, costs USD 150 and includes two exam attempts.
The exam is a multiple-choice online test you can take from any computer, without scheduling or a proctor. You pass with 32 correct answers out of 40 (80%).
The program also covers the NIST guide Cybersecurity for Small Business, so you can apply the basics in any organization.

What is the CSFPC™?
The Cybersecurity Foundation Professional Certification (CSFPC™) is a CertiProf credential that validates foundational cybersecurity knowledge based on the Cyber Security Body of Knowledge (CyBOK) v1.0.
Do I need experience or a course first?
No. The CSFPC™ is a foundation-level certification with no prerequisites. You can study the CyBOK guide on your own and take the exam when you are ready.
How do I receive the exam?
Your access code (voucher) is emailed immediately after purchase. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder. Use it on the exam page for your language. Any questions? Reach us through our support channels.
How many attempts do I get?
Two. Every purchase includes two exam attempts, and both must be used within six months of the purchase date. Unused attempts expire and cannot be extended. See the Certification Examination Policy.
Which languages are available?
