Return & Refund Policy

Digital Products & Online Services
All purchases of digital products, including certification exams, memberships, renewals, and digital badges, are final and non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and delivered. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not accept returns or provide refunds under any circumstances, except as expressly stated in this policy.

Exam Vouchers
Exam vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. All vouchers expire 6 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise noted. Each voucher grants a single exam attempt. If the candidate does not pass, a new voucher must be purchased to retake the exam.
Exam Rescheduling
Candidates who need to reschedule their exam must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled exam time. For proctored exams, a rescheduling fee applies. Please contact info@certiprof.com for current fees. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will not be accepted, and the voucher may be considered used with no refund eligibility.
No-Show Policy
If a candidate fails to appear for their scheduled exam without having completed a valid reschedule, the session will be recorded as a no-show. In this case, the original voucher is invalidated and the candidate must purchase a new exam to continue their certification process. No refunds are issued for no-show sessions.
Technical Failures During the Exam
If a technical failure occurs during the exam that prevents its proper completion, the exam will be reactivated from the beginning at no additional cost to the candidate. The candidate must immediately report the issue to info@certiprof.com with details of the problem.
Memberships & Events
Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Event registrations are also non-refundable unless Certiprof states otherwise in writing through a specific cancellation policy for the event in question.
Study Materials & Merchandise
One-time purchases of books, digital learning materials, and merchandise cannot be canceled or refunded, unless specific product terms expressly allow otherwise.
Corporate & Authorized Reseller Purchases
Purchases made in bulk by companies or through Certiprof's authorized partners and resellers are subject to the same conditions established in this policy. Certiprof is not responsible for any additional agreements that a reseller may independently offer.
Purchases Made by Artificial Intelligence Agents
In the context of digital commerce in 2026, Certiprof acknowledges that users may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) agents to make purchases on their behalf. Any transaction executed through an AI agent is considered valid and binding, provided it was explicitly and previously authorized by the account holder.
Certiprof is not responsible for unauthorized purchases made by AI agents without the user's express consent. In the event of a dispute arising from such transactions, the user must demonstrate that the purchase was made without their authorization.
Authorization & Consent for Automated Transactions
For any automated transaction executed through tools, scripts, bots, or AI agents, the user must have granted explicit authorization prior to the purchase being executed. Certiprof will not process refunds for automated transactions when there is evidence that the user authorized the purchase process, whether directly or through the configuration of their agent.
Accessibility Accommodations
Certiprof is committed to ensuring fair testing conditions for all candidates. Those requiring special accommodations for accessibility reasons may notify us at info@certiprof.com before scheduling their exam, and Certiprof's team will work with the candidate to determine appropriate conditions on a case-by-case basis.
Currency & Refund Method
When a refund is applicable under the terms of this policy, it will be processed in US dollars (USD). Certiprof does not guarantee currency conversions and assumes no responsibility for exchange rate differences. Processing times may vary depending on the original payment method.
Exceptions for European Union Customers
For customers in the European Union, under the EU 14-day cooling-off period, you may be eligible for a refund only if the digital product has not been accessed, downloaded, or used. Once access is granted, no refunds will be issued.
EU AI Act Compliance (Effective August 2, 2026)
In accordance with the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (EU AI Act), Certiprof is committed to transparency in its use of AI systems. Where AI-powered tools, chatbots, or automated agents are used in our customer service, sales, or refund evaluation processes, users will be clearly informed that they are interacting with an AI system. When an automated or AI-assisted decision is made that may affect your rights as a customer — including the assessment of refund requests — you will be notified accordingly. Certiprof gives special consideration to vulnerable users, including elderly individuals, minors, and persons with disabilities, in line with EU consumer protection standards.
