Digital Products Only
Certiprof LLC ("CertiProf," "we," "us") sells digital products exclusively. We do not sell, ship, or deliver physical goods, so no shipping fees, carriers, or tracking numbers apply to any order.
How Delivery Works
After your payment is confirmed, your digital product is delivered electronically by email. We send an email to the address you provided at checkout with your access instructions, download link, or access code, depending on the product.
Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within minutes of payment confirmation. In some cases, such as payment verification or high order volume, delivery may take up to 24 hours. If you have not received your product within 24 hours, please contact us.
Didn't Receive Your Product?
- Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
- Confirm that the email address you entered at checkout is correct.
- Contact our support team through certiprof.com with your order number, and we will resend your access or help correct the email address.
Country Restrictions
We operate from the United States and serve customers internationally. Because delivery is electronic, there are no shipping costs by destination. However, we may not sell to or deliver products in certain countries or regions where doing so is restricted or prohibited by applicable law, sanctions, or export regulations. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be fulfilled for these reasons. Taxes, if any, are calculated at checkout.
Access and Usage
Access to digital products is personal and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in the product description or our Terms of Service. Download links and access codes may expire after a set period, so please use them promptly after receiving them.
Returns and Refunds
Because digital products cannot be returned once delivered, please review our Refund Policy before purchasing.
